How do I get my US shipping address?
Create a free Bring It In JA account. Your shipping address and mailbox code are available through your account. Use the address shown there whenever you shop.
What should I include in my shipping address?
Copy the address from your account and include your unique mailbox code. This helps us identify your package and assign it to you correctly.
Why should I submit a pre-alert?
A pre-alert gives us information about your incoming package. Submit the tracking information and invoice through your account to help with processing and customs clearance.
When can I collect my package?
Wait for your notification confirming that your package is ready for collection at your selected branch. Arrival in Jamaica and readiness for pickup are separate stages.
Can I arrange delivery?
